ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
CP Juniper, LLC has completed the contract work required for Project No. SOP 14-03,
CP Juniper Apartments, ROW No. RW160010, Agreement No. SEC15013, Drawing No. 484-6
and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have
inspected the work and found it to be satisfactory. The work consisted of:
