COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. SDP 99-07 Rancho La Costa Village (Right Turn Lane on Rancho Santa Fe Road), Agreement Number SECO1030, Drawing Number 393-3 and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public
improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
