COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. SDP 99-07, Rancho
La Costa Village (Traffic Signal at entrance on La Costa Avenue), Agreement Number SECOl028, Drawing Number 393-03 and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public improvements and found them to be
satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:
