ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
COMPLETION OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS
The developer has constructed the improvements required for Project No. SP 210 Poinsettia Lane Storm Drain, Drawing Number 366-7, Agreement Number SECA9925, and has requested that the City of Carlsbad accept the public improvements. City forces have inspected the public
improvements and found them to be satisfactory. The public improvements consist of:

The City of Carlsbad is hereby directed to commence maintaining the above described improvements.
