has been approved for an ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT, FRANCO ADU -No. CBR2019-2407
by the City of Carlsbad on OCTOBER 31, 2019. Said approval restricts the property as follows:
1. The property owner(s) shall reside in either the main dwelling unit or the accessory

unit.
2. The obligations and restrictions imposed on the ACCESSORY DWELLING UNIT
