NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California described as follows:
The north 20.00 feet of Lot 5 and all of Lot 6, Block 4, Sunny
Slope Tract, in the'City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California, according to Map thereof No. 486, filed in the
office of the County Recorder of San Diego, February 7, 1888.
Also that portion of the West half of the 15.00 feet alley
adjoining the above described property on the East as vacated
is restricted by a Coastal Development Permit No. 03-02 issued by the City of
Carlsbad on August 6, 2003. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning
Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or
future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
