That portion of Lot I of the Rancho Agua Hedionda, in the
County of San Diego, State of California, according to partition
map thereof No. 823, filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, November 16, 1896
is restricted by a Coastal Development Permit 04-34, Special Use Permit 04-09 and
Hillside Development Permit No. 04-08 approved by the City of Carlsbad on August
3, 2005. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The
obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest
holders or estate holders of the property.
