CDP 06-05 and AV 06-08 issued by the City of Carlsbad on January 17, 2007. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. This Deed Restriction also serves to disclose the waiver of public liability as required by Section 21.204.120 of the City's Zoning Ordinance.
