An easement for ingress and egress over that portion of Parcel 1
of Parcel Map No. 19411, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California, according to map thereof filed in the
office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, January 23,
2004, shown and delineated on said map as ingress-egress
easement to tne City of Carlsbad
is restricted by a Coastal Development Permit No. CDP 09-16 approved by the City of Carlsbad
on January 20, 2010. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The
obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on ali present or future interest holders or
estate holders of the property.
