THE CITY OF CARLSBAD, COUNTY OF SAN DIEGO, STATE OF
CALIFORNIA, ACCORDING TO PARTITION MAP THEREOF NO. 823,
FILED IN THE OFFICE OF THE COUNTY RECORDER OF SAID
COUNTY, NOVEMBER 16, 1896.
has been approved for a SECOND DWELLING UNIT No. COP 13-14 by the City of Carlsbad on
October 9, 2013. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Division. The obligations
and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of
the property. Said approval restricts the property as follows:
1. The property owner(s) shall reside in either the main dwelling unit or the second dwelling
unit, unless a lessee leases both the main dwelling unit and the second dwelling unit.
2. The obligations and restrictions imposed on the second dwelling unit are binding on all
present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
