NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
SECOND DWELLING UNIT
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California described as follows:
Lot 8 of Tierra Del Oro, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, according to Map thereof No. 3052, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, February 4, 1954
has been approved for a SECOND DWELLING UNIT, TIERRA DEL ORO R,ESIDENCE-No.
COP 15-13 by the City of Carlsbad on June 9, 2015. Said approval restricts the property as
follows:
1. The property owner(s) shall reside in either the main dwelling unit or the second
dwelling unit, unless a lessee leases both the main dwelling and the second dwelling
unit.
2. The obligations and restrictions imposed on the SECOND DWELLING UNIT are
binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
