of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to map
thereof No. 15992, filed in the office of the County Recorder of San Diego
County on September 15, 2014
have been approved for a SECOND DWELLING UNIT, Tabata 10 SDU - No. CDP 14-12 by the
City of Carlsbad on July 2, 2014. Said approval restricts the property as follows:
1. The property owner(s) shall reside in either the main dwelling unit or the second
dwelling unit, unless a lessee leases both the main dwelling and the second dwelling
unit.
2. The obligations and restrictions imposed on the SECOND DWELLING UNIT are
binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
