The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California
described as follows:
Parcel A of Parcel Map No. 714, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San
Diego County January 21, 1972
is restricted by a Minor Coastal Development Permit and Minor Variance No. COP 16-17/AV 16-
02 approved by the City of Carlsbad on August 2, 2016. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad
Planning Division. The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future
interest holders or estate holders of the property. Said approval restricts the property as follows:
1. The property owner(s) shall reside in either the main dwelling unit or the second
dwelling unit, unless a lessee leases both the main dwelling and the second dwelling unit.
2. The obligations and restrictions imposed on the SECOND DWELLING UNIT are
binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
