1681, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County,
December 9, 1915 and further described in Exhibit "A" of the preliminary
title report prepared by Equity Title Company, Order No: OR1710296
is restricted by a Coastal Development Permit No. CDP 2017-0023 approved by the City of
Carlsbad on September 6, 2017. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Division. The
obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate
