County of San Diego, State of California, according to Map No. 2825,
filed on December 5, 1951
is restricted by a Coastal Development Permit No. CDP 2017-0068 approved by the City of
Carlsbad on May 11, 2018. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Division. The
obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate

The DSC Family Trust (the Trust) was established on December 18, 2017. The Trustors
of the Trust are Dino Ciarmoli and Susan Ciarmoli. The Trustees are Dino Ciarmoli and
Susan Ciarmoli (referred to collectively as the Trustee).
The signature of any Trustee is sufficient to exercise the powers of the Trustee.
This Trust is revocable and amendable by Dino Ciarmoli and Susan Ciarmoli, acting
jointly.
The address of Dino Ciarmoli, Trustee, is 4205 Skyline Road, Carlsbad, California 92008.
The address of Susan Ciarmoli, Trustee, is 4205 Skyline Road, Carlsbad, California 92008.
The tax identification number of the Trust is the Social Security number of either Trustor.
Title to assets in the Trust will be taken as follows:
Dino Ciarmoli and Susan Ciarmoli, Trustees of the DSC Family Trust dated
December 18, 2017, and any amendments thereto.
In addition, for titling purposes, any description referring to the Trust is effective if it
includes the name of the Trust, the name of at least one initial or successor Trustee, and
