Certification of Trust for the DSC Family Trust dated December 18, 2017 The DSC Family Trust (the Trust) was established on December 18, 2017. The Trustors of the Trust are Dino Ciarmoli and Susan Ciarmoli. The Trustees are Dino Ciarmoli and Susan Ciarmoli (referred to collectively as the Trustee). The signature of any Trustee is sufficient to exercise the powers of the Trustee. This Trust is revocable and amendable by Dino Ciarmoli and Susan Ciarmoli, acting jointly.
