NOTICE OF RESTRICTtON ON REAL PROPERTY
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California described as follows:
Parcels A,B, C & D of Carlsbad Minor Subdivision 96-13, in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to Parcel Map No. 17825, as filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County on February 18, 1997
is restricted by a Condominium Permit, No. CP 94-01(A) issued by the City of
Carlsbad on January 21, 1998. The above referenced Condominium Permit
contains a Trellis1Patio Cover1Fence Plan which specifies which units may have
trellises, patio covers and/or fences and delineates allowable locations for such
features for each unit in the project. Only those features shown on the Plan may
be proposed and approved for a given unit. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad
Planning Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all
present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
