Notice is hereby given for the real property located in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California described as follows:
The north half of the southwest quarter of the southeast quarter of
section 22, township 12 south, range 4 west, San Bernardino base
and meridian, in the County of San Diego, State of California,
according to official plat thereof.
That this property is near or adjacent to the future or existing development of a church
campus which includes a sanctuary, daycare facility, family life center and education
center for grades K-8 by the Redeemer By The Sea Lutheran Church of Carlsbad on
that property south of Poinsettia Lane, east of Black Rail Road and west of future or
existing Fisherman Drive. A copy of the project approval is on file at the City of
Carlsbad Planning Department. The notice imposed is binding on all present or future
interest holders or estate holders of the property.
