NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California described as follows:
Lots 47 and 48 and the northerly 10.00 feet of Lot 49, in lock "A" of the
Hayes Land Company Addition to Carlsbad, Map No. 2, in the City of
Carlsbad, according to map thereof No. 1221, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, November 4, 1909
is restricted by a Tentative Tract Map Extension, Conditional Use Permit Extension, Coastal
Development Permit Extension No. CT 02-26x1, CUP 02-30x1 CDP 02-52x1 approved by the
City of Carlsbad on July 18, 2007, July 12, 2006, and July 5, 2006, respectively. A copy is on
file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are
binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
