The north half of the northeast quarter of the southeast quarter
of the southwest quarter of section 22, Township 12 south,
Range four west, san Bernardino Base and Meridian, in the City
of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according
to the official plat thereof
is restricted by a Carlsbad Tract Map and Coastal Development Permit Nos. CT 03-
13 and CDP 03-37 issued by the City of Carlsbad on April 21 , 2004. A copy is on
file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations and restrictions
imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the
property.
