County of San Diego, State of California, according to
map thereof No. 14543, filed in the office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County, February 12, 2003,
together with a portion of Estrella De Mar Road adjoining
said lots, as dedicated to public use
is restricted by the La Costa Greens neighborhood 1 .I 7 - Nos. CT 04-09 & PUD
04-08 issued by the City of Carlsbad on March 16, 2005. A copy is on file at the
City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are
binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
