NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California described as follows:
Lots 33-36 of Carlsbad Tract CT 02-15 Bressi Ranch, in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
according to map thereof no. 14960, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County, February 4, 2005
otherwise known as Spectrum Flex, are restricted as to building interior floor area uses
relating to consequential parking requirements. Notwithstanding the permitted use of
any other building within Spectrum Flex, interior improvements for each building must
be designed so as not to exceed the 3.5 per thousand parking ratio provided within
Spectrum Flex. The zoning codes of the City of Carlsbad set forth the parking ratios
associated with each intended use and must be strictly observed. Additionally, each
building must contain an employee break room of at least 226 square feet in area.
