San Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 7996, filed in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County, August 2, 1974
is restricted by a Tentative Tract Map, Planned Development Permit, and Coastal Development
Permits No. CT 05-10, PUD 05-08, and CDP 05-23 approved by the City of Carlsbad on May
17, 2006. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations and
restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the
property.
