recorded July 19, 1963 as Document No. 126793, Records of San Diego County
California) according to Map thereof No. 1782 - all in the City of Carlsbad, County
of San Diego, State of California and filed in the Office of the County Recorded of
said County
is restricted by a Tract Map, Condominium Permit and Coastal Development Permit, No. CT 05-
12, CP 05-11, and CDP 05-18, approved by the City of Carlsbad on March 5, 2008. A copy is
on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Division. The obligations and restrictions imposed are
binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
