NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California described as follows:
Lots 24 through 28, inclusive, of Carlsbad Tract CT 02-15, in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California,
According to Map thereof No. 14960, filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County on February 4, 2005
is restricted by a Tentative Subdivision Map and Non-Residential Planned Development
Permit Nos. CT 06-20 and PUD 06-02 approved by the City of Carlsbad on March 13,
2007. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations
and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate
holders of the property. This project must comply with the City's Parking Ordinance
requirements (CMC Chapter 21.44) for the mix of uses proposed
(office/manufacturing/warehouse). In addition, the required CC&R's shall assign to a
governing board the responsibility for reviewing all proposed tenant improvements for
the project to ensure that the number of required parking spaces accommodate the
