according to Map Thereof No. 1803, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County on August 25, 1924
is restricted by a Tentative Tract Map, Coastal Development Permit, and Planned Development
Permit Nos. CT 10-01/CDP 10-11/PUD 10-03 approved by the City of Carlsbad on January 5,
2011. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations and
restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the
property.
