is restricted by a Tentative Tract Map, Major Review Permit, Coastal Development Permit, Hillside
Development Permit and Habitat Management Permit No. CT 2018-0006/RP 2018-0008/CDP
2018-0032/HDP 2018-0003/HMP 2018-0003 approved by the City of Carlsbad on September 10,
2019. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Division. The obligations and restrictions
