The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of
San Diego, State of California described as follows: Being a
subdivision of Lot 9 of City of Carlsbad Tract No. 89-37, Aviara
Phase II, according to Map No. 12967 filed in the Office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County on September 16, 1992, is
restricted by a Tentative Map No. CT 90-30 issued by the City of
Carlsbad on August 4, 1992. A copy is on file at the Planning
Department. The cbligations and restrictions imposed are binding
on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the
property.
