California described as follows: .
A portion of lots “G” and “H” of Ranch0 Agua Hedionda, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to the Map
thereof No. 823, filed in the Cffice of the County Recorder of San Diego
County on November 19, 1896; and Lots 1, 2, 7 and 8 of Carlsbad Tract
No. 92-7 (Carlsbad Ranch Unit 1 and Unit 2) in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, according to the map thereof No.
13078 filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on
December 28, 1993; and Lots 9-13, inclusive of Carlsbad Tract No. 92-7
(Carlsbad Ranch Unit 3), in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California, according to the map thereof No. 13215, filed in the
Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County on June 30, 1995
is restricted by a Master Tentative Map No. 94-09 issued by the Planning Commission
of the City of Carlsbad on December 6, 1995 pursuant to Planning Commission
Resolution No. 3851 and City Council Resolution No. 96-15 adopted on January 9, 1996
granting the appeal and amending Planning Commission Resolution No. 3851 Condition
No. 31. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations
and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate
holders of the property.
