is restricted by a Tentative Tract Map, Pianned Unit Development, and Special Use
Permit, Nos. 99-l 7, 99-07, and 99-06, issued by the City of Carlsbad on April 5,
2000. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The
obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest
holders or estate holders of the property.
