Ms. Masterson, Pacific Bell has two (2) projects in the city of Carlsbad. Mr. Robert A Damaschino, Director of Corporate Real Estate Transactions signed the above referenced Notice of Restriction, for the Pacific Bell Telephone Company. The Carlsbad Plhg Department requested that the relationship between SBC Services Inc, and Pacific Bell Telephone Company be shown. SBC Services Inc, is a subsidiary of SBC and is in charge of all real estate matters including but not limited to leases, permits, construction, design, purchases, dispositions, facility management, etc. for Pacific Bell. Please be advised that the Pacific Bell Telephone Company is also a subsidiary of SBC. As such, Mr. Damaschino as Director of Corporate Real Estate Transactions for SBC Services, Inc. has the authority to sign for Pacific Bell Telephone Company on all matters dealing with our Real Estate transactions, including the above referenced projects.
