of Carlsbad, County of an Diego, State of California, as shown
on Parcel Map filed on page 3451 of Parcel Maps on January
31,1975 under file No. 75-023997
is restricted by a Conditional Use Permit, Special Use Permit and Coastal
Development Permit No. CUP 02-18/SUP 02-02/CDP 02-33 issued by the City of
Carlsbad on April 2, 2003. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning
Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or
future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
