Lot 2 of Carlsbad Ranch Hotel and Timeshare Resort C.T. 96-
01, according to Map No. 13719, in the City of Carlsbad,
County of San Diego, State of California, filed in the Office of
the County Recorder of San Diego County on February 3, 1999
is restricted by a Conditional Use Permit, Special Use Permit, and Coastal
Development Permit No. CUP 03-28/CDP 03-44 issued by the City of Carlsbad on
January 20, 2004. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department.
The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest
holders or estate holders of the property.
