the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according
to map thereof no. 11094, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of
San Diego County, November 30, 1984
is restricted by a Minor Conditional Use Permit No. MCUP 13-10 approved by the City of
Carlsbad on November 22, 2013. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Division.
