map thereof no. 19958 recorded in the Office of the County
Recorder of said county on March 27, 2006
is restricted by a Minor Master Plan Amendment No. MP 178(D) and a Conditional
Use Permit No. CUP 06-11 approved by the City of Carlsbad on January 3, 2007. A
copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations and
restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate
holders of the property.
