NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California described as follows:
Parcel 1:
Lot 5 Wilsonia Tract, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California, according to Map thereof No. 2169, filed in the office of the
County Recorder of San Diego County August 13, 1929; and
Parcel 2:
An Easement for road purposes being the southwesterly 210 feet of the
northwesterly 10 feet of Lot 4 of said Wilsonia Tract
is restricted by a Minor Subdivision No. MS 08-06 approved by the City of Carlsbad on October
7, 2010. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations and
restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the
property.
