NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California described as follows:
A portion of Lot 9 of Parcel Map No. 8379, Carlsbad Tract No. 75-7 in the
City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California
is restricted by a Precise Development Plan No. 05-01 and Special Use Permit No. SUP 05-09
issued by the City of Carlsbad on March 7, 2007. Copies of these permits are on file at the City
of Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all
present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
