Diego, State of California, filed in the office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County on May 3, 2005 as file No. 2005-371022 of
official records.
is restricted by a Planned Industrial Permit No. PIP 05-09 approved by the City of
Carlsbad on January 10, 2006. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning
Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or
future interest holders or estate holders of the property. In addition, tenant
improvements for this project are only permitted if the parking provided complies with
city ordinance parking requirements (CMC Chapter 21.44) for the mix of uses proposed
(office/manufacturing/warehouse).
