NOTICE OF RESTRICTION ON REAL PROPERTY
The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California described as follows:
Lots 1 and 2 and the south half of lot 3, block 42, in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, according to
map thereof No. 535, filed in the office of the County recorder,
San Diego County, on May 2, 1888,
is restricted by a Planned Development Permit No. PUD 10-02 approved by the City of Carlsbad
on July 8, 2010. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations
and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of
the property.
