Map No. 1743, filed in the Office of the County Recorder of San

is restricted by a Major Redevelopment Permit No. RP01-09 issued by the City of
Carlsbad on January 22, 2002. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Housing and
Redevelopment Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on
