The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California described as follows:
Lot 44 of Seaside Lands, in the City of Carlsbad, County of San
Diego, State of California, according to Map thereof No. 1722, filed
in the office of the County Recorder of said San Diego County July
28, 1921;
Excepting the Northeasterly 1 20 feet thereof, said Northeasterly
120 feet being measured along the Southeasterly line of said lot
and parallel with the Northeasterly line of said Lot 44.
is restricted by a Major Redevelopment Permit, RP 04-04, issued by the City of
Carlsbad on January 11, 2005. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Housing &
Redevelopment Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on
all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
