28, 1921; the Northerly line of the said Southerly 51 feet being parallel
with the dividing line between lots 5 and 6 in said Seaside Lands.
is restricted by a Railyard Lofts No. RP 12-28 approved by the City of Carlsbad on March 12,
2013. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Division. The obligations and
restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the
