thereof No. 1782, filed in the Office of the County Recorder
of San Diego County, February 21, 1924
is restricted by a Site Development Permit, Hillside Development Permit, Coastal
Development Permit and Condominium Permit Application Nos. SDP 05-17/HDP 05-
13/CDP 05-52/CP 06-11 approved by the City of Carlsbad on October 18, 2006. A copy
is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The obligations and restrictions
imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate holders of the
property.
