The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State
of California described as follows:
The northwesterly half of Lot 4 of Tracts 114 and 120 of
Carlsbad Lands in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego,
State of California according to map thereof no. 1477, filed in
the Office of the County Recorder of San Diego County,
January 3, 1923, the southeasterly boundary line of which is
parallel with the southeasterly boundary line of said Lot 4
is restricted by a Site Development Plan No. SDP 06-01 approved by the City of
Carlsbad on September 6, 2006. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning
Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or
future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
