The real property located in the City of Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of
California described as follows:
An undivided one-half interest in and to Lot 13 of Magnolia Village,
according to Map thereof No. 5313, filed in the Office of the County
Recorder of San Diego County December 20, 1963 and the exclusive
right of occupancy and use in and to that certain portion of Lot 13 of
Magnolia Village as described in the Preliminary Report from Western
Resources Title order number 164537
is restricted by a Minor Site Development Plan No. SOP 2019-0010 approved by the City of
Carlsbad on November 26. 2019. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Division.
The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or
estate holders of the property.
