Diego on April 1, 1997
is restricted by a Site Development Plan and Coastal Development Permit No. SDP
96-14(6) and CDP 96-16 (B) and approved by the City of Carlsbad on January 18,
2006. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning Department. The
obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest
holders or estate holders of the property.
