Carlsbad on January 28, 1999. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning
Department. All owners and successors in interest are required to sign and file an /
Affidavit of Compliance for this Second Dwelling Unit. The obligations and
restrictions imposed are binding on all present or future interest holders or estate
holders of the property.
