of California described as follows:
All of lots 21 and 22 of that tract described in Map No. 51 62,
recorded in the Office of the County Recorder, San Diego
County, California, on April 23, 1963
is restricted by a Floodplain Special Use Permit and Condominium Permit No. SUP
00-1 2 and CP 00-1 1 issued by the City of Carlsbad on November 7, 2001 and
September 16, 2002. A copy is on file at the City of Carlsbad Planning
Department. The obligations and restrictions imposed are binding on all present or
future interest holders or estate holders of the property.
