NOTICE OF GRADING VIOLATION
described below is in violation of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property
Chapter 11.06 Excavation and Grading.
VIOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows:
Additional grading has been done and the drainage has been changed ,above and
beyond the approved grading plan (drawing no.276-4, approved 1/20/87), and
permit (PE2.86.53, approved 1/22/87) without the approval of the City Engineer.
PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: That certain parcel of land located in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, specifically being lot 60 of
on Mav 5. 1976.
map no. 8302 filed in the Office of the County Recorder at file no. 76-135858
,. OWNERSHIP: Zoltan Kasa and Lillian Kasa
