NOTICE OF GRADING VIOLATION t4c : kt.: I:
The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property
described below is in violation of the Carlsbad Municipal Code
Chapter 11.06 Excavation and Grading.
VIOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows:

PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: That certain parcel of land located in the City of
Carlsbad, County of San Diego, State of California, specifically
being Lot 732 of Map No. 7367 filed in the office of the County
Recorder at File No. 186918 on July 19, 1972.
OWNERSHIP: Ronald W. Banks
NOTE: The description is based upon former deeds of record and neither the City of Carlsbad nor any of its officers or
employees assume responsibility for the accuracy of said
description.
No builaing permit shall be issued unless and until there has been
full compliance with the provisions of Chapter 11.06 of the
Carlsbad Municipal Code.
