NOTICE OF GRADING VIOLATION
The City Engineer has determined that the parcel of real property described below
Grading. is in violation of the Carlsbad Municipal Code Chapter 11.06 Excavation and
VIOLATION: Specific violations of Chapter 11.06 are as follows:
11.06.035 Grading, clearing and grubbing of property without proper City permits.
11.06.050 Grading of land without first obtaining environmental clearances
11.06.030 Alteration of existing drainage channel without obtaining permit .
